I was going to post about something, but I don't know what.
But I found a substitute.
From Fark.com:
"Helsinki bank executive slapped with $18,000 speeding ticket for 19mph over limit because Finns levy fines based on income."
That's the way to do it. They make their fines a percentage of their income, thus affecting everyone much more evenly than the way we do it. None of this Bushy "Protect the rich" crap.
